Requirements, Salary and Benefits
- Strong Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of C# and extensive experience building and optimising backend services.
- Database proficiency: Comfort working with relational databases like PostgreSQL, including design and management aspects.
- API expertise: Proven success in designing, implementing, and consuming RESTful APIs. Experience with other API protocols is beneficial.
- Security awareness: A solid grasp of security best practices and experience implementing authentication/authorisation mechanisms (like SSO, OAuth, JWT).
- Modern development mindset: You actively use version control (we use Git/GitHub), understand the value of testing (we use tools like Postman), and are familiar with CI/CD concepts and monitoring/logging tools.
- Code Craftsmanship: A passion for writing clean, maintainable, scalable, and performant code. Working to a set guide/coding standards. Writing clear, concise documentation inline with project/company documentation guidelines.
- Collaborative Spirit: Excellent communication skills are essential. You should be self-motivated, adept at managing your workload, meeting deadlines, and contributing positively in both independent and team-based scenarios within our established workflows.
- Problem Solver: Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, work from documentation, troubleshoot + debug independently.
- Sector Specific Knowledge: Experience working within the Legal sector.
- Comprehensive Testing: A strong commitment to quality, demonstrated through writing meaningful unit/integration tests and end-to-end tests to ensure application robustness and reliability.
