In-depth, bespoke reports

One of the key benefits enjoyed by firms is the open nature of the underlying SQL database which allows firms to create in-depth bespoke reports. However, it takes years of experience to understand the subtle nuances of how the system works and where data actually resides in order to create these reports.

User Defined Reports can be created with filters and parameters (eg. date ranges, case types, departments, fee earner names) so that users can make bespoke selections each time, in order to generate a more precise report. The standard Digital Dashboard Reports are visually more appealing to users and are easier to access with the ability to drill down to further levels of detail. Many firms also use TaskCentre to automate the Credit Control process and we have created bespoke workflows based on each firm’s requirements.
