There are many achievable benefits to implementing such systems; including the conveyancing team’s efficiency and new enquiry conversion rate as well as the client’s user experience and perception of the firm.
However, we still found ourselves inundated with requests from law firms looking for a better solution than what the current market has to offer. After many in-depth discussions with firms, the main driver behind these requests was the need for a deeper integration with their PCMS that seamlessly works with the prospect, client and matter onboarding process as well as the case management system, but with the flexibility to customise the process to the firm’s specific PCMS set up.
