Select contact types

Open the application within your PCMS and select which Contact Types to sync. Clients’ data is automatically associated with correct segments in Campaign Monitor or Mailchimp, i.e. a client that has used a firm to purchase a residential property will automatically be added to a ‘purchase’ segment in Campaign Monitor or Mailchimp. This enables the firm to send out extremely targeted campaigns that are appropriate and of interest to clients.

Export missing data (optional)

A ‘health check’ tool is built into the software, to track how many contacts don’t have a valid email address within your PCMS. This provides a handy report of all those contacts, giving you opportunity to update these contacts with a valid email.


Final step

A dashboard view within the software, allows designated staff to view statistics on their email marketing, such as how many clients are in the database, a list of recent email campaigns sent – and how well they performed, how many clients have unsubscribed and how many emails have bounced. This can be viewed at any time – it is live updated.
