Michelle has spent nearly 20 years working in the legal industry, both in practice and legal tech. She started her career at a legal aid law firm, spending eight years as a Legal Assistant and Fee Earner, supporting clients through the criminal justice process. Moving into legal tech, she spent six years as a Legal IT Software Trainer and go-live support at SOS, followed by a year as a Client Success Consultant.
For the past three years at Verlata, she’s worked with Actionstep and NetDocuments, helping with training, implementations, go-live support, account management, and guiding prospects through the sales journey. With a strong understanding of these platforms, she’s passionate about helping firms with their PMS and DMS transformations, always keeping client needs at the heart of what she does.
