About

Michelle initially began working in the legal sector as a legal secretary, gaining experience in housing, personal injury, clinical negligence and court of protection. She found her home within family law, and spent 18 years as a Family Legal Assistant, gaining the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives’ Certificate in Law & Practice (Family Practice).

Whilst working in law, Michelle was an IT Super User and provided IT support and training to her colleagues.

She joined Accesspoint Legal Services in 2018, bringing her current skills and expertise in training and delivery within the Legal IT sector. Michelle continues to work on the development of processes to enable lawyers to manage cases in a streamlined and cost-effective manner. She has also shown an aptitude for design and is currently designing several exciting new products and services for delivery later this year.

She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives Women Specialist Reference Group and retains an interest in the practice of law.
