What we offer

Self Service Reports

User Defined Reports can be created with filters and parameters (eg. date ranges, case types, departments, fee earner names) so that users can make bespoke selections each time, in order to generate a more precise report. These can be written in traditional tools such as Crystal Reports and Excel or we can use SSRS and Power BI to really boost your reporting performance.

Custom digital dashboard reports

The standard Digital Dashboard Reports are visually more appealing to users and are easier to access with the ability to drill down to further levels of detail. Did you know that Digital Dashboard Reports can be amended and that new bespoke reports can also be created? Our Consultants can help firms to enhance this useful reporting function.

Automated reports

Partner TaskCentre is a powerful tool that can be used to automatically send out regular reports to specific individuals or groups of users on a particular day or month. It can also be used to provide email alerts to specific users in the firm based on certain actions that occur or do not occur, making this a critical risk and compliance solution. Many firms also use TaskCentre to automate the Credit Control process and we have created bespoke workflows based on each firm’s requirements.
