I joined the Accesspoint team in May 2021 as an Internal Account Manager, and very much enjoyed looking after my customers’ needs in terms of getting the best from their practice and case management systems.
Having worked in legal technology for soon-to-be 25 years (gulp!), I can say with absolute certainty, that what I enjoy most in my work, is providing outstanding customer service, and building long-standing relationships, some of which extend across that 25-year span!
In my role as Head of Customer Success, I get to nurture existing relationships, build new ones, and make sure that each and every one of our customers enjoy the maximum benefit of our legal tech, services, and other bespoke projects that our very talented Accesspoint team is commissioned to make happen. I work closely with all of our teams to ensure customers have the best experience possible, and get the most from the investments they make for their own teams. As a customer advocate, it’s also my responsibility to listen to, and understand any customer concerns, and then orchestrate a swift resolution. The focus of my job is to make sure our clients are happy, and satisfied that they have what they need to get on with their jobs.
Outside of work, I live in leafy Hampshire with my husband, and our dog (who occasionally makes a cameo in Teams’ meetings 🐶) where I really enjoy the surrounding woodland, coastline, and wildlife. I love dogs, music, and curry, and one of the best things I ever did was to join a community choir a few years ago…I think I laugh more than I sing!
