What FormShare Forms do we offer?

Accesspoint have designed a FormShare LPA Inception Form to be filled in by the fee earner on a laptop or tablet during the initial meeting or it can be emailed to the client for completion prior to the initial meeting. The Form captures all client information and all Attorney, Replacement Attorneys and Notifiable People. These can be added as contacts or simply used to auto-populate the Financial and Health LPA forms.

Main Features

Simply drag & drop the completed Form into Advanced’s Partner for Windows – it automatically performs duplicate/conflict checks against existing entities and creates the matter. All information collected is stored within Managing Partner tables in Partner for Windows which is where it can be used to auto populate documents and forms.

Accesspoint have designed a FormShare Wills Inception Form to be filled in by the fee earner on a laptop or tablet during the initial meeting or it can be emailed to the client for completion prior to the initial meeting. The Form captures all Client information and all Executors, Children, Guardians and Beneficiaries. These can be added as contacts or simply used to auto-populate the Will templates.

The Litigation Inception Form is an innovative and handy interactive pdf, which can be completed by clients and returned by email prior to an initial meeting.

The Form also caters for private time recording and can include FAS time recording as well.

Police Station Attendance Note

The process of administrating criminal law clients was often cluttered, chaotic and time consuming, which meant more often than not it wasted money in a legal aid sector that has already suffered major fee cuts. Accesspoint took the opportunity to develop an automated Form which has seen a big step in the right direction for the Legal Aid sector. The Police Station Attendance FormShare was created in order to save hours of police station admin work, which is sometimes carried out at a loss.
